Do you sell to the general public?
Currently we only sell to the trade and distribute via a number of well know retailers. We currently don’t have any plans to open an eCommerce store but we might review this in the future.
How do we setup a trade account or purchase in bulk?
Please use the contact form or email us directly. We are able to give a significant discount over the RRP price if you are looking to purchase in bulk. We would usually ask for a minimum order quantity of 100 units but these can be mixed designs.
How long is the warranty / guarantee on the rucksacks?
We include a standard 12 month warranty on all our products against faulty workmanship. We’d usually ask you to to raise a return with the retailer you’d purchased it with. However, we want you to be happy with our products. If you are having issues with getting a replacement, please contact us and we’ll try to assist.
Are you based in the United Kingdom?
Yes, we’re based just outside Bromsgrove in Worcestershire. We usually hold stock of all our backpacks in our warehouse
